The Role
What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care within your scope of practice
- Support medication management as directed
- Monitor and document the client's condition
- Communicate with the care team, the family, and physicians
- Guide and support caregivers on the care plan
About You
What We Look For
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Home care, long-term care, or rehab experience is a plus
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- A reliable way to get to clients' homes
Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and nights/weekends available.
Location: Clients' homes in Lowell, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Dracut, Tyngsborough, Dunstable, Groton, Pepperell, Billerica, Westford, Methuen, Andover, and Lawrence, MA.
