Adult Foster Care (AFC) That Fits Your Family
In AFC, the person who needs care lives with a qualified caregiver, who can often be a family member or friend. The caregiver provides daily help and receives a stipend. Our nurse and care manager visit regularly, help with the care plan, and are there to answer questions.
AFC can be a good fit for adults with MassHealth who need help with daily activities and would rather live at home with someone they trust than move into a facility. Call us and we'll help you find out whether AFC is right for your family.
We serve families in Lowell, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Dracut, Tyngsborough, Dunstable, Groton, Pepperell, Billerica, Westford, Methuen, Andover, and Lawrence.
